I love your mix dude. It's great, tight and punchy.

Here's my go. I've only put in about 3 hours into this to test out TRIGGER by Slate Digital for the first time and as my first time doing anything with sample replacement. All the drums are replaced but the cymbals/OHs.

I can't tell if the kick is too high up in the mix or not since I only have my earbuds to work with. Everything was mixed in Reaper.

I think Trigger did a great job of replacing the drums. I'm really impressed by the clarity and punch of a lot of the drum samples, the options, accuracy of the little nuances in the snare drum and sifting through all the bleed from the mics. Of course the OHs will have a little bit of the original snare in the mix.

First time posting here - hope I'm not embarassing myself in doing so, but did this mix a while back now and decided that as I keep mentioning the song to people and using the mix I did as an example of me mixing hardcore/metalcore, I thought I probably ought to at least upload mine and let you know (avrinder) that the song is killer and the stems are a great gift to people learning the trade!
