Modern Warfare 2 - who´ll grab it?

As this thread refuses to die I would like to add that Raffica (the secondary machine pistol) is the shit. It´s like a FAMAS/AR-15 (same strenght and accuracy) but you can move faster if you have a SMG on the primary slot. I bet IW is going to nerf it on a future patch.

Have you guys a headset? I don´t own one yet, but I absolutely prefer to play with guys in a team who are not 11 year old and mentally retarded, exaggerated spoken. Reference of my experience in PSN. So I´m looking forward to play with you :)

Oh yeah, this is a nice gun! I just got the last machine pistol TMP. What a mean bitch! :kickass: IW fixed some things already, but I hope at some point they are finished changing the game.

I´m still not sure, what is the strongest weapon/set-up in MW2. But how you said, when I take the Famas or the M16, the Perk2 slot is free for cold blooded pro (I got it finally), because stopping power is absolutely not needed then. I´m not sure what i´s take for the 3. perk. Ninja pro is great, but commando has its benefits, too.

And a playstation eye. If anyone wants to actually meet me I'm down for that :).

So far though my experience with video chat on the playstation eye has been terrible as far as the audio goes (it fucking cuts out).

But anyhow, I'm snagging the PS headset Wednesday because my cell phone one isn't really cutting it and my brothers PS one is kickass.

I also fully support not wanting to listen to 12 year olds screaming in headsets with the fucking voice changer on. It makes me want to murder them, and I enjoy telling them to shut the flying fuck up. :lol:

I really enjoy urban maps like Karachi, Skid Row, Invasion and Favela, but my favourite map on this game is probably Underpass. It´s not too big, has many routes and a great mix of close quarter and long distance combat so I can keep alternating between SMG and my beloved Raffica.

The worst map by far is Estate.

Dudes, can we talk about Sniper Rifles? I yesterday began using it and it makes a lot of fun. Which one of the 4 sniper rifles is the best?

I loved using that Barrett .50 cal in the D.C. level! Picking off targets was uber fun.

I suck at sniper rifles man, i try to get all fancy and pick people off but i end up get pwnd:lol:Any tips on leveling up??or is it just a case of grinding it out...i think i just suck at fps games...

Gotta chime in and say that I've been playing a fair bit of multiplayer myself recently, and I am dominating with the FAMAS Blinged w/ a silencer + holographic sight :Smokedev: In Cod4 I would always use the M16, I just generally prefer burst weapons, and I can't wait until I unlock the M16 in Modern Warfare 2!

And yeah, it took me a long time to get decent with sniping in CoD4, really learning the best spots is the best advice I can give (haven't tried it in MW2 yet)
 
Man, I will get so owned if I tried multiplayer right now! I never played much Xbox, or FPSs, so it is taking some time to get used to the controls. I need to be more agile, more aware, able to shift my aim faster. Practice makes perfect I guess!

Im digging the scar with cog sight(i think thats what its called) and grenade launcher..again i suck with it, but theres nothing like nailing 3 or 4 enemies with a grenade
