Never heard of RockBitch until this thread, thanks for sharing but one year at Rocklahoma a band called Erocktica from NYC closed one of the sidestages (after that nights headliner and before the huge storm knocked over the sidestages the next day but thats another story) and nearly went to jail! The lead singer was a porn star and her and other members started getting topless, inviting other girls onstage and when they pulled a guy out of the audience for a lapdance the cops came and shut them down. Fun show and the guitarist (who kept all her clothes on) could really play.

Back on topic ... Just do whatever feels comfortable for you. While dressing/looking sexy will likely get a few more bodies in the door to see you perform, it's the music that will sell the CD. I'd never actually buy an Erocktica CD but no matter how big Ann Wilson gets, I'll gladly own a bunch of Heart CDs.

That alone is awesome to see. She got a lot of shit back in the day, when she gained weight. It made her very depressed, and I can imagine why! Just think.. you give it tour all every night, and all anyone can review is how fat you got. Ugh.

She's an amazing vocalist. Not only the best female vocalist I've ever seen but one of the best period, male or female. From her own material to Led Zeppelin covers and recently she's been belting out The Who's "Love Reign O'er Me" in concert. Other than Roger Daltry himself, not many other vocalists could pull that off as good as Ann. To me, she sets the standard, no matter what anyone thinks of her appearance.
