Post your most memorable Australian Metal moments.
here are mine

1, Dungeon supporing Megadeth in Europe
2, Todd leaving Celestial
3, Seeing Pyscroptic play for the first time.

That's ok Ferret, you can admit it as well ;) haha

Nope not in another band yet.... I'm in no real rush. I want to get back to enjoying drumming, whereas I had burnt myself out and it was becoming a chore

Returning to the subject at hand:

Dungeon headlining Metal for the Brain, 2001
Adam from Alchemist stagediving at the end of their set at the final show of the World War Three tour at Parra PCYC, 2000 (actually, the whole gig was awesome)
Dungeon's final show
Cryogenic being over-run by stage-divers at the Annandale (Maloney's last gig as it turned out)
Infernal Method packing out the Excelsior at their first ever gig

I'm sure others could think of loads!

-Discovering Dungeon and Vanishing Point
-Hearing Eyefears new songs for the first time
-Seeing Eyefear with Evergrey
-Seeing Dungeon for the first time at their last Victorian gig ever
-Seeing LORD for the first time with In Malices Wake as support (iirc it was the last gig I attended before cutting my hair). Top night that.

- Dungeon and Infernal Method live at the Rock Ape. Never been so squashed at a gig in my life but ranks up there as the best I've ever seen

- The first Metalstock. The last two years have been good but nothing will ever top the first year

- This one is random... years ago at the Forest Inn, Gorgoroth did his usual "play it louder" schtick.... the band on at the time replied with "if it's not loud enough, fuck off home old man"
