MOVIE SOUNDTRACK THREAD

The first thing that came to my head when I saw the thread title was Requiem For A Dream, but I see you have that covered.

I also love most scores from David Lynch films and Philip Glass compositions (especially the score from Koyannisqatsi).

requiem for a dream music is soooo annoying

some favourites:
aguirre
mulholland drive
there will be blood
punch-drunk love
perfect blue
a clockwork orange
taxi driver
solaris (soderbergh)
amadeus if that counts

Dead Man is great. Neil Young singlehandedly MADE that movie imo.

My favourite score, by far, would be Michael Nyman's composition for Jane Campion's The Piano.

As someone else said, Phillip Glass does excellent scores, my favourite being Candyman.

And also worth a mention is Goblin's work with Dario Argento, in particular Suspiria.
