well now you've gone a bit far

I like the cool, semi serious Tarantino ... not the cartoonish, goofy type ... like Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.

Don't get me wrong Pulp Fiction is a masterpiece in its own right ...

anyone interested in "slither" the follow up from the "people who brought you 2004's dawn of the dead"? i thought DotD was pretty cool and the trailers for "slither" look downright funny. im a gonna try and see it this weekend

yes. very.

It looks great. The Director is calling it a big tribute to films such as Basketcase ( :kickass: ) and Re-Animator, etc, you know, all those hilariously cheesy horror classics. I'll be seeing it ASAP.

though I was very turned off at first because the original trailers made it look to be a ripoff of cronenburg's Shivers, with the tub and the slugs and all... but instead it's a purposeful ripoff of many things, so that's ok? sure.

I need to start watching Sopranos. Since I have room for another show as 24 has turned into complete and utter garbage. How many fucking times are they going to use the "CTU gets attacked" storyline, or the more redundant "mole in the office" bit? Fucking retardation. Oh and Jack Bauer is fucking James Bond now with his self programmable exploding memory sticks.

Yep, I'm going to start from season 1 on DVD and play catch up. :)

The first four hours of 24 this season were the best to date. But it just seems like they stopped trying during the latest 4 episodes. :(
