texas chainsaw massacre (2003): hmmm, i dunno. 6.5/10 i guess. kept my attention and the sheriff dude was a good actor. ive seen him before. wasnt he the drill sargeant in full metal jacket or some shit? not much else to say about this film. creepy and mildly startling but nowhere near the 10/10 original. the girl gets run over by a truck at the end for gods sake. not so in the remake.

I watched In Good Company on HBO today.

Damn, Scarlett Johannson has massive tits.

Wow, you're right. I don't remember them being that deliciously large.

she makes me teh honry.

finally started watching the Cowboy Bebop series last night, i saw the movie years ago and fell in love with it. all i have to say is WOWOWOSOWOSOEESES to the series as well, excellent stuff! although by carefully handpicking only the awesomenest of awesome anime, i think i'm ruining what could be a totally gay love for the entire genre. oh wait, i do that with music too. :dopey:

Cowboy Bebop is pretty cool. However for the ultimate experience in anime please see; The Twelve Kingdoms.

netflix ittt.

Also; Happy Endings just came in, I'll post my thoughts later, after I watched it.

id order it from gameznflix but they only have 6 movies........and i have all of them at my house.

The Wages of Fear

well that was pretty nifty i must say. i only heard about it because when watching the DVD commentary for the Simpsons Mr. Plow episode, they say they ripped off the remake of this film for all the cliff scenes. either way really cool film with an ending most excellent. time to watch the remake now.

Recently Metropolis (1927 Silent movei, not the recent anime), which was fantastic. It was really very pretty, and nicely made. Also saw the Libertine, which was meh, ok, the new Harry Potter film, throughout which I imagined what hermione would be like if NAD was her dad, and Transporter 2, which was hilarious. Sadly I've had so much work recently I haven't been able to watch many movies (or do much else for that matter). :(

all i see is Image Hosted by Tripod. :(

Bad Santa

hahahahaha that ruled. it wasn't a great movie or anything special, but lots of little things really made it kickass. like the last shootout where the baby gets shot in the head, the manger is blown to bits, and the toddler with a hole for a stomach, all complete with that dude from Police's Biggest Idiotfests hahaha

Bad Santa was the greatest movie ... need to revisit it.

Saw The Dukes Of Hazzard ... not bad really ... good car chase action and some dumb fun. I realized how short Jessica Simpson really is.

Watched Fantastic Four.

I suppose it suffers from all superhero films where the first film has to establish the characters. It was good, but I bet the sequel will be better.

With that said, I thought the first Spiderman was better than the second.

hmm I liked Spiderman II more than 1. I also liked X2 way better than 1.

Fantastic 4 was good, but thats just because im a comic book nerd. but I dont get why they gave Doom the electric powers...
Johnny Storm was cool as hell though, fire rules. "I want that!!!" /danecook

Yeah, X Men 2 was WAY better than X Men 1.

For some reason, sequels (part 2's) work best with comic book movie adaptations, but no other film genre:

X Men 2
Blade II
Superman 2
Batman Returns

i watched Kill Bill the other night, for the 295872359 time but i think the first time with both volumes back to back. seriously one of the best movies of the past decade or longer.
