I don't know if anyone is interested, but my band is getting ready to record a CD. I would consider us to be kind of like a melodic metal band I guess. There's definitely some thrash and speed elements in there. Melody is what we're about though. The lyrics kind of weave together as they are all kind of the same concept of the end of mankind. I'm the drummer, singer, lyricist, and programmer (i.e. keyboards and orchestral elements using Philharmonik programs). I would like, if I could, to tell you the names of the songs and what they represent.

1. Neurotic Regression - a medium-tempo song (lots of double bass) with growling vocals during the verse and melodic harmonies for the chorus (Nevermore are "HIGHLY" influential). The lyrics follow the concept of mankind has literally gone crazy and are causing a mass riot of sorts, not knowing what they're doing or why they're here.

2. Blood In Their Eyes - a medium-tempo 3/4 song. Growling and screaming verses and chorus. The lyrics are about a man questioning his reality and even his own existence and being plagued by outside influence.

3. Salvation's End - slow, powerful song in 4/4. The verse is clean vocals. Pre-chorus i guess you could say is growling in tune. Chorus is clean with layers of vocals. The lyrics are about one man losing all faith and hope and drifting away into nothing.

4. Myrmidon - a very fast thrash song with lots of double bass for the first part and blast beats for the 2nd. This song has no lyrics as of yet.

5. Digital Blueprint- a slow 3/4 song, very powerful and melodic. No growling here. Nothing but singing. The lyrics follow the concept of mankind's creation and why, in the end, mankind has no hope of being saved.

6. Reveries of Tragedy - The most technical song we have. Lots of time signature changes. Nothing but growling and screaming here. The lyrics are about a man committed in an asylum and no matter how much the doctors try to help, the man slips further into madness.

7. Rise - A mid-tempo song. Growling and screaming. The lyrics are about selling your soul as a last resort for salvation.

8. The Flesh of Many - very slow 4/4 brutal powerful song. My personal favorite. Lyrics follow the idea of evil minions pursuing mankind.

9. Untitled - No title for this one but it's FAAAASSSTTT!! No lyrics yet either but they'll, of course, follow the similar concepts.

We also have 3 more songs that we're working on right now that haven't been named yet.

We're looking at about late March- early April for the "Final Product" and if anyone is interested, I would be more than happy to send you free copies of our stuff to show around and whatnot. We're not looking to get rich or anything, we just love to play music because that's what it's all about anyway. Thanks for taking interest and hope to hear back from some of you.

No, sorry. I just got a brand new mixer for my drums that I set right beside me to adjust the sound to MY liking. We have some rough drafts but nothing concrete and I definitely do not want to post CRAP. But stay tuned and I will be sure to upload some.

Right on man. Appreciate the support. I'm in this small town in Oregon of about 10K people and there's NO metal scene here at all. Us and another group of kids out there are the only metal groups here in town. They're more thrashy than us. Not really my cup of tea as I like a lot of melody or atleast what could be perceived as melody. I would say we were a cross between Nevermore, Lamb of God, Symphony X (especially with what I'm going to do with that symphonic program), a bit of Dimmu, some Slayer here, some Pantera there and some old school metal like Iron Maiden. We just play what we feel and I'm really digging what we're doing at the moment.
