so my band has been lookin for a new name recently, and the other guys all seem to want to go with "Annihilation," but i say that's way to fuckin close to Annihilator. what do you think?

well, i've spent the better part of my life creating new and creative band names which nobody uses, and i think your band should try adopting a title such as the "Fuzzy Battery"

I must say, coming up with band names these days really sucks. It seems like everything has been taken, or everything you come up we with sounds like a rip-off of another band name or song.

That's why "Borknagar" rules as a band name. Just make up your own word! It doesn't pin you to a certain genre so that people judge you before even listening....

Well, in that case, come up with some off-the-wall band name, then translate it to like Norwegian or something so no one knows what fuck you're talking about! And thusly your name shall rule
