That is quite possibly true. I think Arson is the only song on Fate of the Norns that is even similiar to Versus the World. I think both albums are different styles of the same genre of metal.

Maybe there's something wrong with me but I would rank Vs the World 3 or 4! With Oden is my new favourite followed by Fate of Norns.
Vs the World was my first Amon-record and I have listened to it SO many times. Still, I think that Fate of Norns is better!
But we don't have to argue about this anymore. Can't we just agree that Amon Amarth is the best fucking band ever!?

I'm tired of hearing people call AA repetitive. It often seems to be the first impression people get from a collection of 30-second clips.
