BTW, NYC had a blizzard last year - they got 27 inches in one night. Usually, if they get even a few inches the place is paralyzed.

I grew up in Western New York. It wasn't too cold, but I know snowfall.

i hope it snows, as it never snows in sydney its a good change of scenery for me. the time before last i was in new york it only snowed on the day i was leaving. i'm sure i'll see a fair bit

in the last 12 hours i've bought 60 cd's from virgin megastore


its pretty crazy (for me at least) to see what i consider to be relatively underground metal (xasthur, blut aus nord etc.) in the pop/rock section of the store. you deffinately don't get that in Australia.

Went to see Enslaved/Dark Funeral last night. It was a shame i still have such bad jetlag or otherwise i would have enjoyed it more. good thing im going another 2 times next month. It was still a great night:
