My New York Trip

i hope it snows, as it never snows in sydney its a good change of scenery for me. the time before last i was in new york it only snowed on the day i was leaving. i'm sure i'll see a fair bit

Pethical, man just follow your eyes, nose and ears. Take a walk down the streets, you can find anything you want in NY city. Just remember, keep your head up.

in the last 12 hours i've bought 60 cd's from virgin megastore :erk:

its pretty crazy (for me at least) to see what i consider to be relatively underground metal (xasthur, blut aus nord etc.) in the pop/rock section of the store. you deffinately don't get that in Australia.

Went to see Enslaved/Dark Funeral last night. It was a shame i still have such bad jetlag or otherwise i would have enjoyed it more. good thing im going another 2 times next month. It was still a great night:

Hopefully I get shots with everyone by the end of the tour :)

from memory enslaved was: (not correct order, but first 3 songs are right)

path to vanir
fusion of sense and earth
bounded by allegiance
isa
return to yggdrasill
queen of night (i think)
one older song
one of the songs from the split with emperor (encore)

i was pretty wrecked during the set from the jetlag so couldn't concentrate properly. There may have been another song or two... :erk:
