no, I just don't like it!
but, I must confess, that's a matter of taste ...
Oh ok, of course you're entitled to your opinion, I just thought from the way you said it it might have actually been a mistake

Less weight for wimpy Emos and ageing rockers while having increased resonance (dynamics and harmonic content). Sounds like a win - win situation and a well-crafted, hand-selected chambered Les Paul will be indeed a good guitar, but what Gibson neglects is the fact, that people came to love the sound of the traditional solid-body design, they heard on countless records.
headstock + the rounded edges makes this guitar look like something is missing. the sharp edges of a flying V are just vital for the cool look! gibson flying vs look like "childproof furniture".Ya i hear ya on the POINTY headstock but this is still one kick ass guitfiddle!
what you guys are forgetting that there's a reason for the chambering.
it's the fact that gibson used to use high quality but relatively light weight mahogany....the stuff they're using now is the cheapest junk and it's heavy as fuck, without the chambers the les would weigh way more than an old unchambered one.
the only reason for the chambers is that Gibson are using SHIT quality wood.
I'm not complaining about the chambers but about the reason that made chambering neccessary...which is the shit quality of the wood
