*It's cool that several people mentioned Morgoth. They went off the rails later on, but their early stuff was really solid Death Metal and is, I believe, underrated, if not largely forgotton these days.

Morgoth up til and including Cursed is awesome. Cursed is very controlled compared to their earlier work which is more akin to early Death(the band) material - props!
