New CD's that you have gotten recently

I was let down by the previous album. How does this one compare?

I loved their first album so I may be skewed on my answer but I did the first listen last night and it was killer to my ears. And this fan edition (only available from the band) adds an extra disc of 7 live tracks, one of which being Queen of the Reich, which is voice gets a little annoying on but the musicianship is killer.

Overall: Lovin It.

Cool...I'll have to sample it first.

Got some good scores from Disc Replay (Crest Hill) today:

Antichrist - Forbidden World (High Roller Reissue)
Ravage - Wrecking Ball (1986 album reissued by Shrapnel - apparently a Chicago band from the 80's)
Pretty Maids - Red Hot and Heavy
Megadeth - Peace Sells...
Megadeth - Killing Is My Business...
English Dogs - To The Ends of the Earth/Forward Into Battle

Wow, you wanna know something funny?
They had that Pretty Maids disc at my Disc Replay, and then it was gone the next day.
Wonder if they moved it to yours?
I know the guy from Crest Hill works at both locations.
Wonder if he moves stuff around.

Will we be far from this place on Friday Pat?

I just got CONFESSOR'S "Unraveled" in the mail.

Quickly becoming one of my fav "oddball" bands.

English Dogs are great. They played Chicago last year. Wish I would have went.

You should check out the Confessor demo collection Matt's label put out last year. It's fantastic stuff.

Yeah, it's right on the way to Bada Brew. My guess is they close at 9 or 10 so the timing should be right if you want to try to check it out.

Finally got the new HELLOWEEN, but haven't had the chance to listen to it.
Luckily my BEST BUY put out a couple more copies.

Another F YOU to the guy who beat me down the aisle, making me wait a week!!!! LOL
