Yes I saw that awesome concert, once in a lifetime chance to see one of the best modern metal bands in the world! As for the Heavy Load cd, yes it is a bootleg, quality average at best but I got it from Shadowkingdom records. They carry a lot of seemingly bootlegs, the mistreater is a bootleg as well.

Yeah, from Shadow Kingdom. It's definitely a boot. The booklet and CD look nice but the tray card graphics are pretty pixelated and cheap looking. Sound quality is pretty good though.
