But Destiny and Rock the Nations are yucko schmucko.
Rock the Nations had its moments, but yeah Destiny was weak. Still, the mighty spine eagle could not be left unformed. You don't battle Robeasts with only 3/5 of Voltron.

Power and the Glory is possibly my all time fav SAXON.
This Town.....knows how to rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really need to see them live some day. I am still regretting skipping them.

I am sure they were great.
I am not a raging SAXON fan who knows their entire discography.
They aren't like a top 10 band I am dying to see.
Will definitely go see them if they come back and its convenient to go.
Plus they're a better band than Manilla Road.
Oh yeah, I went there.
Jason: GO SEE SAXON LIVE. It'll change your life, and you will become a complete and utter gibbering fanboy for the rest of your days, and I don't say things like that lightly. Saxon are a LIVE band, and they play a great mix of old material and new. Their new material blows anything new by Priest or Maiden out of the water. Very compedetive stuff, on par with newer Accept, maybe even better if you prefer Biff's vocals.
Even being the big Priest fanboy that I am, I can't disagree with that claim. Despite them having a little rough period in the mid-late 80s to early 90s, they are one of the most consistent bands.
Helloween have been the most consitant band out there. Priest havent been good since the late 80's.
I will disagree with you sir. The only bad Priest album is Turbo and Ram it Down is about half good. I like their recent stuff, but it's not on the same level as Saxon. Helloween is very consistent too, but notice how I said Saxon is one of the most consistent, not the most consistent.
I think Turbo is one of Priest best albums. After they they fell apart.
