I'm quite certain that Opeth won't do a Marduk-like album or anything...I mean,Mike did say "beautiful black metal-bordering album perhaps dealing with the occult" (or pretty much along those lines),not "we're gonna do buzzsaw black metal with lyrics about Belzebub and kill you if you're not gr1m."

Where did it come from? I have no idea.

JUST REMEMBER WHERE DEATH METAL CAME FROM. I don't care if a band is satanic in its writing, as its usually made up rubbish-(like early BATHORY). Bands like motorhead-Venom started the scene off in the direction of Death Metal then Bands like Bathory (15 years +) jumped on Venoms back, but added Death Vocals.
