New Opeth vs. Old Opeth

I guess I like the newer style more. I can't fault the first two at all, I just feel like listening to them less than the others. I heard Morningrise first, so that got me into them, but the stuff I downloaded off MAYH and SL made me go and spend my money faster. But I dunno. I think my favorites are the middle 2.

Still Life and BWP are the best. Deliverance is close behind. Then comes MAYH, Morningrise and Orchid, in that order.

Well, I like the first 2 the best, but then Deliverance is right behind them. To me, Deliverance is a lot like Orchid and Morningrise.

I like the last four best, with Still Life being my all-time fav.
The first two are something I only listen to late in the evening when I'm in the right mood... but then it's an awesome listen.

I prefer the first two, and MAYH is excellent too, just not in the same style as the first two.

Actually now that Damnation has been leaked, I feel more inclined towards older era Opeth (this is including SL and BWP).
