I gotta say, it was a thing of beauty how the Tank just roared when Pronger got those back to back crosschecking penalties..hehe! Not sure why we didn't get towels though, first playoff game I've ever been to where we didn't get a freebie goodie to swing around; I really think that had an effect on the energy in the Tank, it felt like just another game (except during the regular season, they usually WON at home).

Hey 7th.. it ain't over til 4 games are won...

And I'll be honest, I'm a bit PISSED at my team right now... they had an optional practice Sunday - 10 guys showed, 3 being goalies... Practiced should've been attended by every last one of 'em... They need to get to at least the 2nd round to have a successful season - but if they don't, I hope it knocks some heaping helpings of humility in some of their asses...

We need to score early tonight - once we get that one goal on Lundqvist, I have a feeling the guys are going to be completely recharged and ready to take some heads...

What he did to Varlamov is the real AVERY... He had 4 penalties last night, not including the 10 min game misconduct for doing what he did to Varly... Whatever Avery said, Varly didn't understand a word of it - he knows NO English yet.. But I have no doubt that Ovie, Bongos (Semin), Kozlov, and Federov will help him with that... Both my brother and myself will be purchasing Varly jerseys as soon as they are made available for consumption... But I still stand behind Theo - he's still our goalie...

I'm not a big fan of Avery, but he is what he is and he does what he does. If the NHL doesn't want him, all they have to do is ban him. The Flames are trying to make their series interesting. Chicago in 5!

I get all my jerseys from River City Sports. You can customize them how you see fit, including the special patches (all-star games, etc) and they are usually cheaper than buying them at the venue.
