so recently, the oldest company in canada was bought by a US company. this company was Hudsons Bay and was responsible for fur trading back when we first settled canada. curious i thought that they would sell it to a company from the USA
then it hit me
if you rearrange the letters in Hudsons Bay you get *HY USA BONDS"
it was bought with american bonds, but what was even more mysterious was that the significance of HY, what could this mean, perhaps it stood for something.
long i pondered this, and then i noticed something very strange, H is the 8th letter in the alphabet, and Y is the 25th.
8+25=33
multiply 33 by 3 and you get 99. the answer was right in front of me the entire time
