I have no need for people to appologize to me. I frankly don't need them.If you stand behind something either said verbally or in print you should have the "sack" to stick to your guns. As I said before, it's my sense of humor & no harm was intended. You'll know when it is, but if you're comin' out swingin' at me, you're damn right I will swing back & then some.
I have used my "freedom" to ignore certain people on this here board & if you don't like what I have to say, then don't, that's your right!
Enough of the belly achin' & get back to the music!

I see I have been casting pearls before the swine.

I really believe that you are to stupid too even begin to understand what and why I did what I did. Therefore the explanation below is for those who *do* understand.

First of all I apologized because I thought I misunderstood you. That is, I thought I was wrong and felt bad about it. Since I am an ethical egoist I am motivated first by rational self-interest.

I other words, I did not do this for you in the first place, I did it for myself, because I felt bad about it.

Second, now I see you are using my honesty and sense of honor, that is my virtues, *against* me.

Implicitly in your message above, you are calling me a coward because I have the courage to examine honestly if I was wrong and apologize for it.

But it is *you* that has been to yellow to confront me and address me on a personal level. It is *you* that talks vaguely about "certain people" and does not answer my tread.

It's is swine like you that don't have the fucking balls to admit they are wrong and apologize for it or face people and confront the problems they have with them. And then you have the nerve to allude to a presumed cowardness of me?

As for; "the "sack" to stick to your guns" that is the most stupid thing anybody can do when he is honestly convinced he has been wrong.

It's the most immoral, lying, cowardly thing to even think about. I am man enough to face the possibility that I could have been wrong. *You* are the one that runs and hides from the fact's. I have been on the internet since 1992 and I have never met such a yellow bastard as you.

Rock on Hawk! do I find this all very amusing? yes because well I like to see a fight :D I happen to agree with the both of you so I'm pretty much nutrual, unless your bickering spills over into the more serious threads then in which I will have to flame both of you :rockon:
 
I don't want to take sides either. I hope you guys just agree to dislike and ignore each other and not let it spill over into other threads. I really like this board (and both of you guys) and I'd hate to see it fall apart. Let's hope it ends here.

I am not going to take sides either. I have known Sixx quite a while and I like him. I also like Hawk as well. However, Sixx was pretty much being a dick in the original post on this thread. I think it takes a strong man, not a weak one to apolgize for something and Hawk did that. That's just my $.03 and I don't dislike Sixx for making the origina post in this thread but "I" would NEVER make such comments. Everyone has their own values and ideals though and I can live with that.

I read the original post that started this feud, then I read the apologies on both sides, and I thought this to be a closed matter.

Like all the others I beg both parts to:

a) reconsider a bit of pride swallow and shake hands
b) not to scale up whatever bad vibes may be between you

I respect both in your points, I'm not going to take sides either, and I hope this will be just a bad memory very soon.

Like the rest I love this forum, and I believe we are among the FEW forums without insults, extremism, cheap hatred and spam-trolling behavior. Let's show the world that UMOS is an example to follow.
