The clip is Mesa + SM57... but I figure the spirit of the thread is more towards doing something other than mic'ing a Recto 4x12 so I'm going to post it anyway.

Stiletto -> Orange 4x12 (two G12M-25s over two Mesa V30s)
SM57 on one of the G12Ms.

For your SM57less consideration.

Local band I recorded recently - AT4050 + MD421, Ubercab. 4050 is dominant, on a T75, the 421 on a V30; quad tracked with the lower pair just AT4050.

Amp is a pittbullCL100EQ, unboosted, RGD 7, drop A, blackouts.

First time tracking and editing both DIs and miked tracks at the same time for me, and i'm very curious to hear my guitar tracks reamped/remixed by other people.

Maybe i'm gonna post some more (different Amp/VB-101 settings (cab / speaker / variphase / mic model / mic placement / post-fx)) reamped samples later.
