Whipping Post
I've ignored it until then, but I caved in and made about half way, quite awful. Wtf at all the good reviews it got.I gave that album a listen once. I've despised the band ever since.
Dunno what my record would be, but I have listened to music all day a few times. I know there has been days when I've been sick and had a day off and did nothing but listen to music/read/net etc and I did at least 15+ albums in a 24 hour period.Just gave TWDY a spin too after seeing Frosties' post. Although I really dig them, I never listened to the s/t many times, but it's indeed really good. Now playing Porcupine Tree - Voyage 34: The Complete Trip. Also, I've listened to 10 full albums today, excluding this one... that's pretty good! Considering I usually pick out random songs / portions of albums I feel like listening to at that moment. Going to try to keep the full-album habit up (well 'try', it's not like it's hard, just should do it more often).
Hot combo. All major rapers. Do you have Sumner McKane- Night Glooming? If so an up would be awesome. I have searched everywhere and I love North, Two and What. The Angelic Process - Weighing Souls With Sand and Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago have just finished owning me. Next up: Sumner McKane - Two If By Sea.
No problems, ask if you want more suggestions and yeah VW was pitiful. I listened to Black Bonzo then Allman Brothers then Earthless after that to gradually raise the level higher after that shit. Thanks dude, it's much appreciated, I'm going on the hunt for them nowAnd agreed on that vampire weekend record, i only got halfway through the 1st song before i deleted the album. That record really fucked me off for some reason, lol.
Sumner McKane- North, then When- Psychedelic Wunderbaum which I haven't spun in ages, awesome experimental electronic album.
