An absolute Melodic Death Metal MASTERPIECE :notworthy

Oh yes man, I remember getting it when I was 15 and just wearing that cd out of style. I still prefer Subteranean out of all thier stuff though.

Strawberry Alarm Clock - Curse Of The Witches

why whyyy whyyyy whyyyyyy whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy why?!

it was twenty one years ago
mother spoke to me
and said the duration of the seed
to the root of our family tree

was struck with the curse of the witches
blackened and evil
they where than crued and condemned
by the quakers and puritans

I've got our branches and sprous who have a clue
but one leaf is dead

with tear in eye and heart of no
she said she will leave
then without quetion, expression she asked
do you believe?

she was sentenced by her accusers
to be seen quickly burnt to the stake
to the coal

but as the years went by
everything got too Disappendent for me
I found a wife who had my child
they were quickly kilty and we got so wealty
one strange thing happened up
as the time to reach 6 years old
she had trouble getting along
with one boy who sang a song

she then wished that he would die
and the next day he was dead....

the people of the town
said she must pay
for having the curse of the witch
she must be burnt at the stake

her mother and I we fought and screamed
for her to live
but when the church had his say, quote
"to end, her curse will glide;
she must die"

with tears in eye, and hears so low
we said she had to live
then without question, expression she asked
do you believe?

she sentenced by her accusers
to be seen quickly burnt to the stake
to the bone..

why whyyy whyyyy whyyyyyy whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy why?!

my wife she couldn't take it
her heart was much too weak
it was a day her heart stopped beating
I knew it was too late

without a friend to talk to
there is no reason to speak
the love I had for the town
had completely turned to blank

with tear in eye, and no heart at all
I knew I would leave
then looked, looked up to the sky and asked
who can I believe?
