I dunno.. maybe I've seen too many bond movies, but I can imagine a group set to destroy 90% of all society for their own personal quasi-religious bollocks.
Can't help you there... but if you get your senses back and decide that your life will be complete after you get a large picture of me not murdering you with a knife, we might get somewhere.

How can we "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000" after the fact? With out killing the rest? I guess altho highly doubtful it can be pulled off in a few hundred years with some strict Nazi type planing. The dam thing when up in March 22 1980. Who and Why? Who let them and why? It's very strange & not much people know it exist.

Thats gonna take a while. Who is gonna listen with out strict laws? I'm doing good lol. I know there some places doing this. I know Rothschild is very proud of China's plan. He did mention in his book he would like to see this and a NWO One World Government come true. What if I have the money to erect my own "fill it in" of choice. How would I go about doing this? Who would let me?
Just to play devil's advocate here, what exactly is so unappealing about a one-world government? Maybe it's because I'm such a huge sci-fi nut, but I feel humanity would do better united so we could expand into the stars.

LOL funny, I'm yet to be scared of any terrorist. Honestly I rather have the threat of someone blowing my ass up than to have to live my entire life on camera (Gov. T.V). Hey, but thats me....
Not sure if you're aware, but there are regular terrorist threats over here nowadays... our streets are crawling with angry young muslims with hooks for hands and nasty nasty impressions of what whitey stands for... we're all dead, I assure you.
