Can anybody name some metal bands with 3 guitarists, 2 drummers, 2 bassists, 3 vocalists etc... stuff like that?

I read an article on the New York Times website about art metal bands, and I recall it mentioning some band with 3 guitarrists.. it mostly involved stuff like Pelican, Isis, Jesu and Sunn O))), so it was something along those lines.

A lot of these rock opera thingies have 3 (and often well over 3) vocalists, Ayreon, Star One, Avantasia and Genius for example.

If you don't want a rock opera, I think Edge of Sanity's Crimson II has 3 vocalists, and some goregrind bands might? Those have usually at least two.

Some doom band might have several bass players, but I doubt it. I also doubt a band with two real drummers exists. In Dream Theater Portnoy plays drums and LaBrie plays tambourine, though ;)

Not a metal band (more noisy rock), but Cop Shoot Cop has two bassists and no guitarist. Strapping Young Lad covered their song "Room 429" on City.

Ah, so that's a cover? I love that song. :p

Atheist has 3 guitarists on 'Elements'. The Alman Brothers have three drummers, who are incredible. Maiden has three guitarists on the last two fullengths.

Mastodon has 10 drummers!!!!

Tristania have 3 vocalists, all doing different styles. They have a male baritone singer, a female singer and also a 'growler' who does all the distorted vox.

Not really metal (more hardcore/punk) but a band I saw a while back was called Overbass. The had 2 bassists but not guitar player. I guess it was easy to guess with their name.
