The 90's WERE awesome. I can actually find some comedy/use for post 97 tunes, at least in a party sense. But man, early 90's music is solid material.

Edit: Furthermore, Live is touring(again) and hitting HoB Chicago on Sept. 21. If you've never had the pleasure, they put on one HELL of a fuckin show. Can't say enough. Definitely a band I don't miss when they hit town.:rock:

Is anyone here going to see the new X-Files movie? I may have to go see it soon. I have heard, though, that it will not involve aliens/colonization in any way. Which I think is kind of bullshit. What's the point of waiting all of these years after the show just to make another 'Monster of the week' episode?

Live is a SOLID band. Until "Songs From Black Mountain". WTF was that shit. Birds Of Pray is excellent.

I'll see the X-Files eventually. Not in a rush as I'm broke.

I thought the "monster of the week" episodes were the best in the show. I've watched the whole series and the first movie and I'll definitely watch this one.

This new Iced Earth album was pretty boring. Way better than the last piece of shit album though.

I actually really enjoyed Framing Armageddon.. Strange huh...

Wait what? The Crucible of Man leaked?

EDIT: Nevermind, I read the last page

Speaking of which, am I the only one who thinks the album artwork is awesome?

Yeah it's a pretty awesome cover. So far the only song I kind of liked was the one from the single, which makes me think that either this album requires a bit of listening to, or they picked the best song for the single. Or both.

load and reload were both great records
A little too much filler IMO...I think the best tracks from each would make a great record though.

Actually, I found I Walk Alone to be the weakest track on the album. Overall I love it...The Dimension Gauntlet FTW :)
