Who watches men's gymnastics?

Good point, I prefer the Ice Dancers and figure skaters myself.... ya ya ya, I know... this is summer.

None the less if I did watch summer games, mens gymnastics would be about the only field I was interested in. That is some physically awesome stuff, I always liked gymnastics, what little bit we had of it in school.

good post and info back there a few.

i was about to say i do!! haha.. some of those boys are pretty hot.. and VERY muscular.. hehe..

*clears throat*

back to the crime problem, i personally think the U.S. amendment rights need to be reconsidered. not saying Australia is better than the states (well it IS but i'm not saying it haha, oh wait i just did :p) anyhoo.. guns here are illegal and even in our poverty areas we just do not have these sorts of issues.. living on an island probably helps in that we don't have much of a problem with illegal immigrants either (except those darn New Zealanders).. we do have a bit of crime but i do not know of one single area in Aus where people can't even go outside or sleep in their beds for fear of stray bullets.

but guns are not a problem for the majority of Americans and they should not be imposed on over the comparitively small handful of idjuts we have running around. Im not saying the crime and drugs are not a big problem or that it is not a large culture but the rest shouldnt have to pay. There are far better answers than punish the entire population for the stupidity of these specific cultures.

the only other solution.. cull the crackheads! that would be awesome..

well, not really... at least that simple or easy, the problem is so much bigger than just the end results everyone sees and wants it to just go away, there really isnt anything else for all these masses of people to aspire to, other than being a "bad ass" its almost like a reverse evolution, so many generations going in the wrong direction... but there hasnt been a direction to begin with

its just plain fucked

like in Queensryches song "their building Empires"

I'm all about the womens jailbait gymnastics

Kind of off topic but...

For anyone who has taken out a loan to attend college in America:

Have you ever had trouble getting enough money to graduate? I'm nervous that I'm going to reach some sort of limit and have to drop out of school because I can't get money. Getting $7500 just for this first semester was the most stressful time of my entire life and I really hope they don't pull the rug out from under me after a few years...:ill:

Most loan agencies do have some sort of lifetime limit that they'll cut you off at, but most people don't have to worry about hitting it. I'd look into that. It's also heavily dependent on where you are getting your loans from.

OK, thanks for the reply. I guess I should also apply for a shit load of scholarships as well. Because of how important education is for the future of America you would think people would have an easier time/more help with expenses from the government or something... :ill:

Trust me dude, you are preaching to the choir here. As much financial aid as the government does supposedly give out...I rarely see it going to the people who really need (oh...say me for example:lol:). I know I'll be ok in the long run but like you, the time of the year to do my financial aid/loan applications is the most stressful time of the year for me. I don't by any means expect the government (or anyone else)to just feed me money, pave me a road, and pat me on the back...but a bit more help certainly would not be unwelcome.

Yeah exactly, I don't mind (Well, I do, but there is nothing I can do...) paying back my loan, but the least they can do is make it easier to get a loan in the first place. Bastards!

Agreed. Beyond the usual stafford/pell stuff, I usually have to get money through a private student loan agency and the one I used freshman and sophomore year decided at the last minute this year that they didn't want to work with students in the region where my school is. THAT was a fun phone conversation I had with those guys:mad:. I got everything sorted out through a new company but for chist's sake...ridiculous
