odd. I know someone who promotes that sort of program, and I am a massive skeptic. I have zero interest in it. What motivates you to do that to yourself?
my diet:
eat a lot of junk one day, eat less junk the other day - repeat.
no smoking, no coffee, whisky~ 2 times a month/when I feel like it.
I skip fruit and drink freshly pressed juice instead. don't care about vegetables, but lettuce and stuff often accompanies non-homemade meals.
works great weight-wise considering I sit on my ass pretty much all day long.
the only exercise is daily walks in summer and irregular walks other seasons.
I call it the "I don't really give a shit"-diet. IDRGAS90X, for short.
This sounds like me, except the sitting on ass part.

Alcohol itself is very high in calories, so if losing weight is your goal, you'd better stay away entirely!
how can it be hard to gain weight. eat a ben & jerry every day.
