ummm..... somethings not right, i waited till now for my 24 hour limit to be over, repped one person, and now when i try again its saying "ive given out too much rep bla blah 24 hours bla blah blah"....... after only 1 friggin rep??? And no, i havent given out a ton of rep elsewere today.
