I've given about 30 reps out today.

I started repping at about 6am and gave out 14 reps until I reached the 24h rule, then waited 2 hours so I was able to rep 2 more, then waited another 2 hours so I could rep 2 more. By lunch i'd repped 16 and then I didn't do anymorew repping till about 5pm at which time I was able to rep 10. I was only able to rep 4 this evening, i'll try again later.
