Oh lord, if the Sharks lose to my Wings, they have themselves to blame. Heck, they should have swept this series.
That said, I would love to be a homer and say the Wings winning it all was a guarantee but if they don't win against San Jose, you can bet I would root for San Jose vs Anaheim as I HATE the ducks.uke:
I'm with you. I hate the Ducks as well.
If we lose to San Jose, I'd like to see Sharks go all the way. That way, we at least lost to a Stanley Cup Champion.

Congrats to the Wings for beating the Sharks. I didn't think they had it in them. Gonna be interesting to see if they've got any gas left in the tank to take on the Ducks.

I'll stick by my original prediction, although I'd rather see Ottawa beat Anaheim in 4.

They were considered underdogs agains San Jose too!
I honestly thought that series would go 7 games.
I also think if San Jose played more physically they would've had a better chance of beating the wings.
Ducks: boy they have a good team. Fricking Pronger...I hate that guy cause he's so damned good. He's huge, good and play's ~30 minutes a game!
Plus they have Neidermeyer and Selanne!!!

After seeing them dismantle Vancouver last round, I'm having a tough time giving Detroit much chance to win. But, damn, they beat the Sharks, so they're playing pretty well right now. Gonna be a good series, I think.

I thought the Red Wings did awesome on special teams, which has been a weakness during the regular season.
Wings played gritty as well. Even though Anaheim is much bigger.
I also thought, overall, Anaheim played a better game. The puck bounced in our favor, we'll take it!
I think Anaheim has a bunch of pussy's though. They kept picking on Datsyuk...one of the smallest guy's in the league. Hope you feel 'tough' now.
I'm out of here...going to go pick on some kid's at the elementary school, so I can feel 'tough' too!
