only 3 shows

Top concert in CHCH was Velvet revolver, fuck the moody blues haha

Pink Floyd 71 (Echoes, careful with that axe eugene and embryo)
Pink Floyd 77 (Animals, WYWH and us and them)
Porcupine Tree (this tour with Anathema, one with a smart kid and trains)

I would put Opeth but Ive seen them play the Moor, so I don't want to be greedy.

The other thing that made the Beatles bad live was the sound, i read that once they were supposed to all sing though one mic, that and the screaming chicks would suck big dick.

Death, Carcass, after that I don't know. maybe Pat Methany. I won't have a problem seeing any other bands that are around. And I have no wish to see those classic rock bands like Led or The Who...though I do like them...I don't need to see them. THey're on TV enough anyway.

hmm..this is a great thread...but such a tough choice...

Immortal - they'd have to play One by One, In My Kingdom Cold, and Tyrants as they're closer...anything else in between is fine (preferably stuff from ATHOW)

At The Gates (kinda surprised no one said them) - the entire SOTS album since its pretty short, then anything else after that...

Smashing Pumpkins - flame me if you must, but this band is amazing...i'd be nice if they could play everything they have

Metallica in 1986. After that it just sort of went blah.

Nick Drake in 1972. I know he never played live but shit, I'd like to see that.

Opeth, 2001-present. I'll make this happen, just not this US tour.

Bah, fuck Velvet Revolver. We DID have Tool, but i was suffering some form of insanity, and couldn't be arsed. Oh, and Pantera years ago, but I wasn't a metal fan back then...Korn was wild enough for me back in those days.

1. DIABOLICAL MASQUERADE! - any setlist... the show goes on until the musicians collapse from exhaustion.
2. October Tide - Same premise
3 Either Katatonia or Bloodbath... - same premise.
