Leper Affinity? My god what is wrong with all of you? It's time for Drapery to go, with it's overly-repetitive intro and outro. Leper Affinity is the fucking best song Opeth has ever done. I'm really mad now. Listen to it! The ending! I'm going to go commit some murders now.

Leper Affinity is the best song Opeth has next to April Etheral. Call me an intro-bitch but God that song fucking rocks!
Honestly, Bleak and The Drapery Falls got old (or at least as old as Opeth songs can get) but I can always listen to The Leper Affinity.
Blackwater Park gets my vote for now.

This was the hardest choice thus far. all these songs are in my top 10. I actually voted for draper but couldve gone to bwp or leper. the 3 are essentially equal and all masterpieces.

OMFG! Those songs kick ass! No question those songs are the best on the whole damn CD! Blackwater Park is the best song on the CD I feel...sounds more like the old Opeth on that one! Jeez...how the hell did this get started? Damn those songs rock!

I just decided to see the results...and those who voted are total idiots! Especially those who voted BWP! If it isn't the awesome solo or crunchy riff at the end its the damn acoustic bit used to close out! Bastards!

I completely agree with both of you. And voted out BWP. Sorry, one glaring weakness is fatal on an album this strong.
Next round I'll be voting for Bleak because of the middle section.

I don't understand why so many people like Blackwater Park the least of Opeth's seven. BWP is either my second or third favorite by Opeth; a toss up between it and My Arms, Your Hearse, following Morningrise.
I think that "The Drapery Falls" might be my favorite Opeth song. It is difficult to make a final selection but I know that whenever I hear that song, I melt. Mikael puts so much emotion into his non-growl screams and backed by amazing lyrics, as usual.
"Bleak" is a good song as well. It is a song about a man then attempted to take her life. While killing her, he sees his reflection in a pendant realizing that he isn't human.
"Blackwater Park" is a heavy song with excellent accoustics and soft sequences. I can't say that it is the worst BWP song.

A few quick points in response to the last couple of posts:
Blackwater Park is the most popular album.
MAYH, BWP and Morningrise are my top 3 albums.
The Drapery Falls is great, but it just lacks something for me. Perhaps because I was originally overwhelmed by that chorus, and I've now grown tired of it. The rest of the song is great, but I don't think it's as good as the other remaining songs.
Bleak is wonderful, but I didn't used to like it much.
Blackwater Park has an absolutely superb outro. Great riffs throughout the song. The ending acoustic bit is so beautiful. The middle bit isn't boring at all, it's great, imo.
