The shirts look great Ray, but from what I can see, you're using the Shelley Allegro font when the official Nightwish font is Shelley Volante. I can send it to you if you want.

Just go host the picture on imageshack (www.imageshack.us). That's where i put my pictures. You don't need an account or anything. Very simple.
