Yeah, Tad, I forget to tell you that I also spent $150 on two baby tortoises. They are so tiny. We got them a new tank, and the lights today. But the guys told us what food to buy and only one of them is eating it. I found a list of other things they will eat, but all I've got in the house on that list is apples, so I will have to buy even more crap for him tomorrow. We won't know their sexes for a few years.

for those that saw mnf last night, the storm got worse and i am typing this on a very famous bridge. the last bridge built here fell into the water. tacoma narrows bridge. i am sure most of you have seen the video of a bridge waving in the wind and collapsing. thats where im at now.

That's the nice thing about my job - I can telecommute, for the most part. I'll just have to remember to scan in all the supplier documents tomorrow and save them on my external hard drive.

Only thing I can't do at home is lab work - no room in the garage for a melt indexer.

No, they only eat once a day, as much as they can eat for 20 minutes. There's no food in the tank any other time. Unless I'm feeling generous and throw some hibiscus leaves in there as a snack.

you know its cold out when an anxle freezes on a tralier and you cant pull it with the differential locked in and 1st gear. if the repair truck doesnt get here soon, should be done until tomorrow then. stuck at alderwood mall in lynnwood. sounds fun, right?

yes, the new bridge was built better. although, windstorms with an empty trailer make things interesting there. guess its why they pay us the big bucks.

I went to the the pet store last tuesday for some cat and guinea pig food, and came out with another guinea pig. Hubby's lucky that I didn't come home with another cat.

I miss my dogs(the ex got them) and I have been contemplating getting another for a little while now. I'll probably wait until summer though when it is a lot easier to house train them.
