I can create ringtones for my phone from mp3's. Put a cd in, extract the part of the song I want for the ringtone, save it to my phone and have an mp3 quality ringtone for my phone.

I think a lot of songs would make a cool ring tone but I don't know the first thing about how to get one. And I'm too cheap to spend a lot of $$$ on it either.

When I came home from Norway my old Nokia died right after I called a taxi to take me home! The day after I bought a Samsung SGH-X660. When I was in Norway I noticed the only cellphones that could take the punishment of salt, water and being dropped where LG, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. One guy was stupid enough to take his brand new Nokia to work and it was kaput the same afternoon.

the blackjack also can play music videos, so i've been trying to get a bunch of them and onto my phone.

I can assign ring tones to certain numbers, so I have "The Ocean" by Zeppelin for all of my husband's numbers (home/work/cell) and "Bright Side of Life" by Monty Python for the rest.
