Well it very well could be They're so alike.

The A1 and A2 look very different from one another even though they are both M16's. Mostly the barrel. The A4 is so much bigger than the rest though lol.

They look very alike yeah. A1 had semi and full-auto firing, but the soldiers sprayed 'n' prayed too much so they made it semi and burst in A2. Back to full-auto in A3 then back to burst again in A4
