Parts in songs that send shivers down your spine.

Hmm... These are what I can think of now:
V.E.G.A. - Lilja... (1:40-2:00 or something)
Dolorian - The One Whose Name Has No End (the whole song until 5:40 or something, and the end of the song)
Goatpenis - Pray For God (from 3:50 to the end (the screaming))
MAXD - Ass Man (the high pitched screams. They really creep me out and make me shiver...)
Gallhammer - Color of Coma (almost the whole song...)
Creamface - Damaged Goods (the beginning)
Claustrophobia- Black Forest of Hatred (the whole song)

Weell, I can't think of any more right now. But those send shivers down my spine.

The new Powerwolf album gives me chills.

Attila has the most badass operatic vocals ever. I love his Latin post-chorus wailing, like in "Raise Your Fist Evangelist" when he goes "Ave mater dolorosa, Eos crucem lacrimosa."

Epic.

the clean vocals in Agalloch's "Not Unlike the Waves," "Fire Above, Ice Below," the climax in "The Hawthorne Passage." Fuck, basically all Agalloch has the potential to give me chills.

The resurrection part in Bathory's "Death and Resurrection of a Northen Son"

Kiuas's "After the Storm" when Ilja's sister just fucking WAILS, holy shit it never fails to give me chills. A lot of Kiuas like the Finnish chant in "Across the Snows," the climax in "...And the North Star cried."

The "Champion of Ithaca" part of Symphony X's "The Odyssey," and the end of "Candlelight Fantasia."

Clean vocal parts in Windir's "Heidra," "fagning," and "journey to the end."

clean vocal parts in Wintersun's "Starchild" and "Sadness and Hate," and the key change(s) in "Death and the Healing."

:kickass:

Good call on 'Heidra', 'Fire Above, Ice Below' and 'Starchild'.

I'll add:

The epic climax/outro riff on Disillusion's Back to Times of Splendor album - the track is 'The Sleep of Restless Hours'.

The riff which concludes Ulver's 'I Trolskog Faren Vild'

The whole of Ne Obliviscaris' 'Forget Not'

After a restlessly beautiful riff (which in itself is spine chilling) the clean vocals which emerge in Austere's 'This Dreadful Emptiness'.

And of course, all of Burzum's Det Som En Gang Var.

I saw them play Coffin Ships live, it was amazing.

The Intro to In Flames - Moonshield

Metallica - Welcome Home(Sanitarium) Lead/solo Section

Opeth - Intro to The Moor

Ensiferum - Stone Cold Metal's Cowboy/Western bit

Dissection - Unhallowed right when it Starts

Vital Remains - the solo in "Dechristianize".
Death - Story to Tell (the "fade in" at about 1:41)
Mysticum - Eriaminel (part at about 2:04 and 2:15 where Cerestes does that raspy laugh, then the barely audible scream when the double bass comes in.)
Funeral Mist - Anti-flesh Nimbus (First time he screams "anti-flesh nimbus")
Impaled - Gutless (riff that starts at about 1:08)
Arkhon Infaustus - Dead Cunt Maniac (whammy harmonics around 1:00)
Sigrblot - Döende Generations Dom (barely audible "solo" at 0:44)
