I just got my first tattoo, and I'm very happy with it, so tattoo definitely. I think piercings are almost always incredibly ugly.

if i had to choose, i would choose a tatoo, but i guess i'm still too much of a coward not because of the pain... because of the fact that you will have to live with it your whole life, not taking laser technology into account.
