I hadn't had time to ask this on the religion discussion thread BUT. If youre a atheist, you don't celebrate christmas rite? And if you do youre celebrating for thing that you are "against" ,kinda eh? And that wouldn't make sense. Don't turn this into deeper conv, but I just wanna know this from atheist ppl.

Christmas was originally the celebration of the winter solstice. Or didn't you wonder why the bible mentions, for example, that jesus celebrated easter?
