yes i have seen them live... grow up kid, you have to be able to take critique.. everything i am saying is constructive. and i counted the keyboardist of... and when i say "the centre of the stage" you should understand what i mean moron. Give me constructive critique, now tell me how the hell is the drumming amazing? that he can play the double bassdrum pedal? wow now you really convinsed me... and what do you mean the bass player plays with the crowd?

nothin against your wonderful critique really, but you surprise me with your opinion!
you better dont call me a kid, you fool! cob is my favourite band ever and i think their skills are very well!
first: i like the drums, uhh maybe they are not soo complicated, but why have they should be? the drums works well with other music, and without his drumming it it wouldnt be cob!
then: with playing with the crowd i mean, the crowd go with his movements he specially make!
sure their are many alexi-fans and fanboys, but dont blame alexi for this! he is the frontmann and he does what a good frontman do: write good music and stand in the middle of the stage! i think it would be starnge if he stand in the back!

yea well anyway youre totally missing my point... it is the musical part i am talking about, ofcourse he as a bassist is trying to make the best of it... and i do agree that less is more, but not when it becomes repetitive.

true you talk about the music...
but dont you think its false to say that alexi only want to play guitar for his own and not his music? i think not.. easy said: roope plays guitar as alexi does.. and without each other it wouldnt be music
sure roope plays not that many solo alexi does, and sure keyboardsolo and parts get less... but who cares that all? i like the new sound, and think cob developed their music in a poitive way, not other!

its not about the solos...the sonic soundworld gets so dry after a few listens...nothing new ever comes...it would be nice to find a cool all around riff by them that does not contain somekind on soloing, sweeping or lead guitars.. all i see in the threads are the same fucking riffs you talk about...the sweeping soloing riffs... what does the other ones matter anyway since they suck...

well to cause less upset i can say that in my opinnion cob is better than 99% of all other music, and is a fairly average metalband, possibly a bit overrated...but not many bands satisfy me. And all the respect for the band that does seem to have some very lojal "bodomites" guarding, but every band has to survive through harsh critique, sure alexi is a cool frontman and draws attention... some people like it, i dont.. but lets just leave it that way, nothing will be solved anyway.

alexi is a great guitar player and he is a great songwriter. i dont think the others aren't allowed to write their own parts but i think they dont want to
and AYDY isnt their best but indeed a super album and one of my favourite.
