I would take pics, but... I am gonna go look at a new apartment on tuesday since my womang is moving in with me soon and we could use some extra space. The apartment I'm looking at is 83 sqm, and the one I have now is 47 sqm.

This new apartment is just 100 m down the street, and is on sale for $15000 more than I think I would get for mine when I sell it. The "rent" would be $300 more each month.

I don't know if this link works for you, but this is the apartment I am going to look at on tuesday to see if I am gonna buy it. I would replace the stove, and floors in all rooms but the living room immediately, and repaint the hallway. For starters.

I would estimate the black population to be less than 1% in this neighbourhood. Heck, I've barely seen any immigrant types here in the 5.5 years I've lived here.

what's the asking price on these types of apartments there if you don't mind divulging the info?

The first one is $44k and the second one is $54k

I am going to see apartment nr 2 in 1.5 hours. Feeling excited about it. The bank has more or less approved the loan already. I just hope noone else wants to bid on it now.

from what i hear southerners have started to figure out that you can get nice houses in rural norrland for next to nothing and i'm not sure how i feel about that

i mean on one hand you have a bunch of stupid stockholmers living on our lands but on the other hand, if they don't live there, noone is going to live there and all the konsums are going to close down so i guess it's good
