Yeah it is a Muslim country, and yeah, alcohol is forbidden, but people are pseudo-muslims no more , the vast majority of people don't know about religion, and they don't have a statement towards theology anyway, apart from few folks. and you got me wrong bro, the weird thing happens in Tunisia not in India, i mean technecally it is forbidden by the law to drink in the street and so on, but you can meet shit loads of drunk dudes in the street almost wherever you go in the downtown Tunis lol
