What are you using as a product? If you use that gothic type black lol: #1) it's the blue dye making your hair turn red.
Try using a natural black. Maybe dye your hair dark red or a lightish brown a couple of weeks before.

Schwartzkopf, usually a black dye with red shiney stuff Looks black when there's no light shining on it directly, but when you put a lamp on it, it will look sort of red.
