why? I like chicken liver. the only liver that is.... metalized loves lamb and calf liver, here they eat tons of piglet liver. smells like hell.... actually, I don't like liver anymore that much.

Venison, or deer, liver isn't too bad. Not a big fan, but with wild onions and spices it can be good.
