Hey Dudes,

me and my band DENIED have recorded our first EP and we would appreciate, if your check out our nw stuff!

2 Songs are online. First one is our "Intro" (influenced by Katatonia/Opeth) and second one is a full-length song called "Raging Earth", which is more heavy stuff with groovy riffs, pretty melodic twin-solo and a mellow Opeth-like interlude.

Well, seeing as you're a badman rude boy.. I'll check you guys out!

Not bad! Not bad at all!

Dmb was rather interesting.. I liked the shouted vocals on that.. Sounded very raw, in a good way.. The dueling leads around 1.17 is pretty fucking hench too! Some very interesting parts in both songs.

My band Severed Victim has 3 songs now on our myspace, they arent mixed that great but pretty decent since we are still learning how to use the recording device. If you click on the lyrics it tells you who sings which song, because my brother and I are both the vocalists in the band. I am Dustin btw, he is Michael. We are like a death/black metal band. Let me know what you think! :)

We're not complaining about the goddamn sounds!
we're complaining about the fact that you obviously can't hear that for example on hours of wealth when the synth comes in, they're in the wrong fucking key ><

and you should consider taking vocal lessons..

EDIT: after listened to hours of wealth I think you should give up on playing opeth :p

Hi! I'm new on this forum, been a big Opeth fan for years now, and have a live recording (cover) of Deliverance I thought I could share with you. This was a school project band last year, and I must say, it's not exactly perfect, but I've been getting a lot of good responses, so thought some of you might like it as well. I'm the drummer. The band has no name as it was really only a school project, but I'm hoping maybe to join up with those guys sometimes again later.

The song is a bit shortened due to restrictions on the show, I had some double-bass speed problems here and there, and the soundguy pretty much lowered the sound of the bassdrums everytime it got "heavy"... We also speeded it up a bit (live aedrenalin I guess...), but anyway, take it for what it's worth! :)
