I got it on Amazon.com, but the other copy for sale there is a lot more than I'd be willing to pay. By the way, this is the cover on the Folter Records version, which is the only officially released version of the album as far as I'm aware.

Hm, really? Maybe there are two issues on Folter because I've never seen that cover before. The one I always see is this one, displayed on M-A:

Their Infernal Pandaemonium demo is absolutely incredible btw. Sadly it's unreleased (and so is the album the songs appeared on), so it's pretty much imperative to download it to hear it.
