what did you think of the new lizzy borden?

I actually haven't gotten to listen to it yet. I'm way behind on my accumulated music and I'm trying to get my reviews done in order of how I picked them up. The new Lizzy Borden has a couple albums in front of it before I can listen and review it.

I loved the title track, but after that I stopped listening to the other songs they put out online before the album was actually released.

Orange Goblin - "The Wolf Bites Back"
Tokyo Blade - "Unbroken"

I picked up 5 used CDs:

Bob Seger - Face The Promise

I picked up the new Lone Justice compilation The Western Tapes, 1983 today. It's out via Omnivore Recordings. I'm a huge fan of the band and their singer Maria McKee so whenever something comes out I pick it up.

good review but i liked the album a lot. i thought without all of the guests the album flowed better . i also prefer the more bluesy style

I like bluesy hard rock as well, I just didn't think much of this particular example of it.

I picked up:

Skid Row - Skid Row
Skid Row - Slave To The Grind
Joe Perry - Joe Perry
Kiss - Psycho Circus
