Wow impressive ;) I love the fact that my new school pretty much exists of 50 % metalheads, so almost every time we have a celebration some folks play Metallica and Slayer and stuff. Not that i dislike pop/hiphop music, but it feels good that nobody complains about it!
 
Very well done, I am impressed. Not to take away from the merits, but next time, find some kid and give him an icecream to turn the pages for the keyboard player. Again, awsome job!

@dennis: I know what you mean, it's pretty refreshing to hear not-so-mainstream music played at school shows. If you check that guy's Youtube account, you'll see he also uploaded a dude performing a guitar solo with a backing track and all, we also played some Evanescence ( :erk: I know, but still better than other stuff). The bad thing is that usually, at least in our school, the teachers and school managers go mental when there's "heavy" music in the setlist, so we gotta do everything pretty much unplugged. Once we dared to bring a drum kit, guitars and all and play some Guns'n'roses and they just turned off the power, the lights, everything in the middle of the song. I couldn't have imagined a worse reaction. I wonder what they'd have done if we came up with Mayhem or Nargaroth or so.:mad:
@wm_crash: Yes, I know! :lol: Thing is, I didn't even have any idea where to turn the page, I couldn't follow the sheet paper and my friend had realised only after the rehearsals that she couldn't actually turn the page herself at that point, so she just told me to come beside her when she got at page 5, so I kinda did a mess, turned the page then turned it back and so on. :lol: We'll have to practice on that! And thank you! :)

And damn, -10 degrees in november already! We had about 10-12 degrees till a month ago, and then suddenly, in like a couple of days, they went -5 to -10. :lol:
